Group Therapy

Group Psychotherapy is a well-established form of therapy involving a small group of individuals (ideally 6-8 people) who, through the support of a professional therapist, develop insight, coping skills, and emotional resilience to experience healing and growth. It can be a cost-effective way to address many life issues including depression, anxiety, trauma, and relationship problems.
